- Go to the online services tab and select the ‘Driving License Related Services’ for driving license download.
To apply for a driving license offline, one has to fill up Form no.4
- Choose the state to which you belong.
- For driving license download, select ‘Apply for Driving License’.
- Complete filling up all the necessary details. Scan and upload the required documents.
- To download a driving license, pay the amount of application and book slot for the license test.
- After the license test, the applicant receives the driving license at his doorstep.
After cracking the license test, it takes 30 days for the driving license to arrive.
