Along with the birth certificate of the child and parent’s Aadhaar card submit the form.
The child’s photograph will be taken. If the child is below the age of 5, no biometrics will be done. Children beyond the age of 5 will have to do biometric authentication.
Baal Aadhaar card is issued free of cost.
Keep the acknowledgment slip with you. You will receive an SMS and the Aadhaar card will be reaching your doorstep within 60 days.

Visit the ‘Aadhaar Card Registration’ and click on the link.
Fill up the form with the necessary details.

On a fixed date go to your nearest Aadhaar center where your documents will be verified and photographs of the child will be taken.
Biometrics will be taken for children above the age of 5.
